Alicia Tangen
My name is Alicia Tangen and I'm the Owner and Operator of Tangen Properties, LLC. We have managed properties in and around the Helena area since 2017 and we love helping others invest in real estate. I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Montana focused in both residential and commercial real estate.
I was raised in the Helena area and after completing my master's degree, I moved back home to beautiful Montana. I am very active in the community; volunteering with the US Navy, various non-profits, and serving as a board member with Impact Montana. My husband and I reside in the Clancy area with our three kids, two dogs-Gus and Macy, and our cat Callie. We love to take in all the beautiful outdoor activities that Montana has to offer. You can find us camping, fishing, hiking, drinking a beer at a local brewery or cheering on our favorite football teams.
Kelly Nelson Carson
As Operations Manager, Kelly oversees the day-to-day functions that keep the company running smoothly, ensuring owners, clients, and tenants receive exceptional service. She has more than 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in the Helena area, spanning corporate, construction, and real estate accounting, as well as extensive administrative and operational knowledge. She is also a commissioned Notary for the State of Montana. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys life with her husband, four energetic teenagers, two dogs and their cat. Together, they love camping, boating, razor riding, and traveling across Montana to cheer on their children in motocross, barrel racing, and other activities. They also enjoy attending extracurricular events and hobbies to support their family and friends.
Amber Roope
Amber Roope is a proud Montanan, wife, and mother of three active children who are passionate about ballet, snowboarding, and golf. As owner of FanTaztic Solutions LLC, she has built a successful personal assistant and housekeeping business since 2021, driven by her desire to help others bring peace to the chaos of life. Amber’s commitment to excellence has earned her recognition, winning Best of Montana in both Housekeeping and Organizing categories. She also manages a full schedule while maintaining several local Airbnbs, ensuring they meet her high standards of cleanliness.
When she’s not working, Amber loves to explore Montana’s lesser-known wonders with her husband and children. Whether it’s soaking in natural hot springs, uncovering the history of ghost towns, or discovering hidden corners of the state, Amber is always up for an adventure. Passionate about both family and business, she is dedicated to creating balance in every aspect of her life, one adventure—and one clean home—at a time.
